Cultural Programming organized by Baffinland kicks off with a successful Drum Making Workshop

Baffinland has kicked off its Cultural Programming at the Mary River Project with a successful Drum Making workshop led by David Erkloo, an instructor from the Nunavut Sivuniksavut school in Ottawa. The workshop was held on May 18^th and 19^th with 19 employees participating in the crafting of the traditional drums. As the year progresses, Baffinland will continue to hold other culturally specific workshops to increase knowledge of Inuit cultural activities on site.
