Incident at Mary River Mine

December 16, 2018 – Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation regrets to advise that a contractor employee has died in a single-vehicle accident at the Mary River Mine Site. The incident occurred at approximately 5:06 this morning. The RCMP and the WSCC have been contacted and will conduct investigations. Baffinland has commenced a detailed internal investigation. Next of kin have been notified.
