Only July 15, 2013 Honourable Bernard Valcourt, PC, QC, MP and Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada approved the Board’s issuance of a new Type “A” Water Licence No. 2AM-MRY1325 for water use and waste disposal associated with the Mary River Project for a term of 12 years from June 10, 2013 to June 10, 2025.
